The skin that you are asking me to form shouldn't need to come about. This

programming at home just so I can get rich (I haven't gotten a dime from my
open source efforts), I think I have something to offer this group and from
the responses I get a lot of people are thankful to me for taking the time
to put stuff online.

It becomes really hard to justify that when you come in and throw your
weight around. I have no problem being questioned and I also have no
problem admitting that I am wrong, but you are not immediately concerned
about anybody except for yourself. What I mean by that is the way you state
things is completely inappropriate for somebody of your status. I would
expect screw ups from younger punks like myself but for crying out loud Joe,
you claim that you have worked for all of these companies and developed all
of these great things but you posses very little qualities one would find in
a refined leader.

Many of us respect your knowledge and we agree with a lot of what you have
to say, but that is only part of the package. Take a look at how the likes
of Buck Calabro and Barbara Morris make their point and share their
knowledge. They do it with an incredible amount of patience and through
reading many of their emails I have found their information to be very sound
and professional. You will never find them teaching the masses with the
inappropriate methods you have chosen. It is easy to learn from leaders
like that.

If I need to be taught, TEACH ME!!!!! If you can't teach then let somebody
else do it, because there are many capable individuals on these lists that
can!

That is all I have to say,

Aaron: There's a technique commonly used in many on-line communities called a "kill-file". I can personally attest that it can make your life much more pleasant.
