[WEB400] Launch PC-application from webapplication (html)

I want to load Word / Excel from a webpage loaded by a webapplication 
running on our Websphere Application Server.

I developed this page in WSAD where it runs ok.  I have a Word_button 
which, when clicked, launches the WordApplication.  However, when I move 
this page to the iSeries it doesn't work anymore. 

Following error is shown:

Error: ActiveX component can't create object: 'WScript.shell'
