On my PC, running Office XP, WinWord & Excel are in the Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10 directory. Since doing a Start - Run and typing WINWORD works, you might want to try removing the path from your command. (BTW, I think the spaces in the "file://C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\WINWORD.EXE" are tripping it up; "file://C:\Program%20Files\Microsoft%20Office\Office\WINWORD.EXE" might work better) -----Original Message----- From: P.Goovaerts@xxxxxxxxxx [mailto:P.Goovaerts@xxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, September 08, 2003 4:00 AM To: web400@xxxxxxxxxxxx Cc: wdsci-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [WEB400] Launch PC-application from webapplication (html) I want to load Word / Excel from a webpage loaded by a webapplication running on our Websphere Application Server.
