Jim,

We had a similar issue, but never got to the bottom of it as we rolled back
our OS to solve some other problems.

Q? Are you using WAS. Our thread failure problem occurred when the HTTP
Server tried to access WAS via the plugin.

Anyone else seeing this - After applying last cume and http group I can't
see what is causing it. 
Joblog has no info - I called support and they had me send in info (2 weeks
ago). They did say it may only be affecting cgi sites. jim
