Brad, I wasn't talking about RPG-CGI.  As you know, I consider RPG-CGI
to be an inferior approach architecturally, and only viable for
companies that cannot afford to learn the Java required to run a JSP
variant.

As to performance, we've beaten the CGI vs. JSP performance issue to
death over the years.  I suggest you refer to Nathan Andelin's many
excellent posts on the issue.  CGI beats JSP on small numbers of users
due to the initial overhead of the JVM and then suffers as you scale.
