I echo that sentiment Bryan. I wonder what the dependency on V5R4M0 is? Something new in PASE in V5R4M0?

While at Common that is the ONE question I didn't ask. I just assumed they would target mainstream rather than bleeding edge. Even the new Power 5+ 520 I installed a few weeks ago had V5R3M5 on it so I just figured that V5R3M0 was going to be the entry OS version.

Bummer.
