Obviously, there will come a time when the editing will require
business logic - actual code. But the good news is that adding
the EGL code is very simple.

My ckiDate() routine may tell me if a character string represents a discernible date within a given range, but it won't tell me if that date is already booked, so additional edits may require code like:

if booked(order.orderdate);
sendmsg('orderdate':'Sorry, that date is booked':*on);
return;
endif;

Would it be that simple in EGL? I mean that as a sincere question - not knowing what it takes to tie into JSF error handling.

Nathan.
