Real time data, is there such a thing?

Maurice,

I wasn't going to say this, because I only have a gut feel to back it up, but I think a key reason that credit unions are kicking some serious bank trash, is because they're using real-time systems as opposed to batch systems that have been partially upgraded to work with terminals.

The banks keep complaining that credit unions don't pay fair taxes, but I think the real problem is that banks can't keep up on customer service. Credit unions have better software.

Nathan.
