I'm almost done with these lists.  They're as bad as watching CNN 
"polling".  But I digress.

WebSphere, Java and the i are an integrated stack.  Unlike the Microsoft 
approach, they also allow you to run various components on different 
platforms as needed.  WebSphere administration is simple.  The JVM 
supported depends on the version of WebSphere.  I assume you're on a 
supported release, so you should be running WebSphere V6.1, which by 
default uses the classic JVM (you can force it to use the 32-bit JVM if 
need be).

Go to the admin console.  Create a WebSphere V6.1 server.  Go to Manage 
Applications.  Point to your WAR file.  Install it.  Done.

Now, if you have a weird situation where your code won't run on the 
default JVM for WebSphere, then you have tio do some

Oh wait, I'm sorry, that's how it works in a unified, integrated, top-to-bottom stack like IIS and .Net... In a multi-vendor, multi-environment, multi-platform environment like websphere, tomcat, apache, java and i, I have no idea, but I hear it's got a great TCO and ease of use...
