Well, there's that too. Check out Dot.Project. It is a PHP based
project management system with individual time logging and an optional
help desk. You can set your priorities and track time against tasks
inside projects, etc. It was originally conceived as a tool for an
independent consultant to manage their time but it has grown to a much
larger solution these days.

Mike

You actually have several options. (Let's see if I can do this
without sounding too much like a salesperson :-)

No, that's fine. Be a salesperson. It's interesting to better
understand the integration options.

Four of the CRM packages that I've been looking at are geared heavily
toward the sales cycle, leads, campaigns, opportunities, proposals,
contracts, sales management, and executive decision making. That may be
one reason that SugarCRM appeals to you - in addition to being a PHP
solution.

But my focus is not sales (primarily), at the moment... Don't tell the
boss...

A number of years ago my supervisor ordered a daily planner for me and
sent me to a seminar to learn how to use it, and how I was caught up
with the idea of listing and prioritizing goals, and scheduling related
tasks, under the umbrella of personal time management. It became a
ritual. But my job was support oriented, rather than sales oriented.
That's kind of where I'm thinking at the moment.

Nathan.
