I assume you mean that the data is generated on the i and then fed to a web
app. for display. If so, Fusion charts is a good one. Flash is required
in the browser. There is a free version but you need to hunt around on the
web site (www.fusioncharts.com) for it.

I will have a need to create a mixed chart with stacked bars and lines.
The chart will have two target lines, and stacked bars for each day of
the month. Are you generating charts on the i, and what tools do you
use?
