We have that now with library lists. Could you expound more on what you
are looking for outside of what library lists provide?

duplicating a srvpgm to change the behavior of a single exported
procedure sounds lile problems waiting to happen. What about when the
original srvpgm is recreated?

I did not write that a closed source system cant be competitive. It is
when the system owner slashes investment that you get discouraged
users and a feature set that does not match the competition.
