You can't do that using basic authentication unless closing the browser is an option.

Now that I've got the sign on working, I'd like to show an option to log
off the session. Right now the only way to end it seems to be to close
the browser.

Can anyone offer a suggestion? I've googled it and combed through the
manuals, but I find no mention of how to end a user session.
