Not directly but you could use the configuration APIs to dynamically change the Apache configuration. Refer to:

IBM HTTP Server for iSeries Web Programming Guide (rzag3mst,pdf)

I know one solution is to remember to change the Apache config the day before these special days and set it back when the day is over but I know that will be missed at some point so would prefer to write an app that checks the date and starts extra jobs if it is one of these days.


Write code to change the configuration and restart the server. Schedule that for the appropriate days.
