In talking with the boss, He follows the instructions he has to load a new
certificate, and gets no errors, but the new certificate does not show up in
the list of certificates for the server.

What's the error? It may be as simple as needing to import root CA
certificates but you haven't given much to go on.

Subject: [WEB400] Extended validation digital certificate support

Does the i support Extended Validation Digital Certificates? If so, can
you
point me to instructions to load them to the i?

Background.

I am new to the web side of the i and learning as I go. The has requested
and received an extended validation digital certificate from Verisign. He
has tried to load/import that to the server through the admin tools on the
i, but has had no luck.

If i don't have enough info for an answer, then let me know what questions
to ask.

Thanks!

Jim
