You do realize how long this will take if each question we ask, you have 
to go ask your boss and send his reply back. It's hard to debug thru 
someone who isn't actually involved in the process.

In talking with the boss, He follows the instructions he has to load a new
certificate, and gets no errors, but the new certificate does not show up 
in
the list of certificates for the server.
