I'm not in the U.S. does that make me safe, from a price hike :-)

I'm wondering whether I should learn the proper CGI api's and write my own
wrapper framework over them instead.

Anybody got any experience of using UTF-8 with CGI programming or CGIDEV2?

That reminded me of another "Terms and conditions" applicable to the
download:

"Prices are suggested U.S. list prices and are subject to change without
notice."

There could come a time when IBM starts charging for ANY use of CGIDEV2. I
don't say that to cause alarm. I tend to support products that run natively
under IBM i, including CGIDEV2. Just be aware.
