I agree with this.

And I don't mind Zend trying to earn some money off of this. More power to
them in fact with that.

However, if I tell you (sales) no once, I don't feel like I need to keep
telling you no over and over.

Really really really dislike sales people....

Just to clarify- the "they" I am referring to is the Zend sales team.
Other than these sales calls my other experiences with Zend - support and
webinars in particular - have been positive.
