Hello Mike,

Sorry the screen paste did not come across:

Here's what the wrkactjob looks like:

Opt Subsystem/Job User Type CPU % Function Status
ZMYSQL QSYS SBS .0 DEQW
ZMYSQLD MYSQL BCI .0 PGM-mysqld SELW

The mysql access sample works showing the data in file 'user' which should
mean that MySQL has been installed.

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it. As per the IBM manual I
changed my home directory:

CHGPRF HOMEDIR('/usr/local/mysql/bin')

My administrator informed me that MySQL is installed in /usr/local/mysql
directory and

Library Type Device Text
ZMYSQL *PROD MySQL library

Thanks & best regards
Ewart

This may sound silly, but do you have MySQL installed?

Mike

Subject: [WEB400] phpMyAdmin on Zend Server for i ver 5

Hello All,

Just got Zend Server 5 installed on the i. I find that I cannot log into

phpMyAdmin. The instructions given in 'sg247398 - Discovering MySQL on
i5'
is not for Zend Server 5.

Any idea where can I get these details.

We are on V6R1.

Thanks & best regards
Ewart
