Hi Darrell,

I'm running a strpccmd from a iseries clp program, that passes a variable
to a dos batch file to display web page based on the variable passed. This
all works find, with one exception my user has dual monitors, and the web
pages comes up on monitor 2, and the dos screen comes up on monitor #1.

If you run a .BAT file, you will get a DOS window. Not much you can do about that -- and AFIAK, there's no way to control where it appears.

Consider replacing the .BAT file with something else.
