We started getting the following message when it checkers the
server:
ERROR: Unable to Connect to ssl://www.data-management.com:443. Error #0:

I wish I had a bit more information about the problem. Can you post a part of the code, or something similar, to help us understand what you're actually doing?

I don't know what Error#0 refers to here, but in many situations, error=0 means "no error". That would imply that your PHP script is incorrectly determining whether it succeeded/failed.

But since I have no clue whatsoever as to what your PHP script is doing, I can't even begin to diagnose it...
