If by "cycled" you mean IPL'd...



What I meant and I should have stated was that I stopped and restarted
the HTTP server instance. I do not see any PTFs that might have been
installed during this time.



Anything in the regular Apache log?



I looked at the "basic_error_log" logs in the logs directory for this
HTTP server instance. If there are other logs to check, please let me
know where these are or how to find out where they would be.



Do all pages get this response or ...



All pages get the same error. We tried access a PDF in this directory
by entering it into the URL address and this fails. Doing the same
thing on the production side works.
