We did create another instance of the test server and put this instance
in the www directory. This one works. The only problem is that our PDFs
are in another directory and they still are not accessible. If we have
to, we can move these PDFs, but there are a lot of them. If this problem
moves to the production server, at least we know we can create another
instance in www. This gives us a plan "B" if restarting the HTTP
subsystem doesn't fix the problem and production catches the bug.
