Nathan, this is pretty much what Ali did with the Connection Manager
in Ascent.

Yes, I remember. We wrote our own connection manager. I understood that one of

the reasons was to manage connections by "role", and I thought the same type of
thing might apply to managing connections by "tenant", since "role" and "tenant"

would be application specific. Now I'm confused. Joe's last response implied
that out-of-the-box pool managers will return connections for essentially any
criteria, including "tenant".
