That is correct. You can, however, specify a library list for each JDBC connection if needed (you need naming=system for it to work), and then you can invoke programs as stored procedures.

You can also derive the current library list for the process running RUNJVA from one of the system properties with a bit of post processing.
Users probably wouldn't like the overhead of resetting host server library
lists between calls.
The JDBC library list approach has as far as I know no extra overhead.
