That logs the time it takes, but how does it limit the time it takes?

I simply have the CGI (RPGLE) program, to which Apache passes control, write an entry to a log at program entry and exit using jobno/timestamp as a request id along with the url from the PATH_INFO environment variable that Apache generates for CGI requests.

Subject: [WEB400] Time limit for CGIs

I will like to limit the time (or CPU) allowed for each CGI request, in order to cause the bad programs to fail. Once I know wich programs are using to much CPU I can concentrate on them to optimize.

Is there a directive in the Apache configuration to limit the time?
I found one for PHP in Linux, but I don't know if I can use it for RPG
(CGIDEV) or NetData.

TIA
Raúl
