I still want it in plain text, but use a template-based system if possible.
I am presuming that will be move flexible for me in the long run. The
emails have changed several times already since I wrote it and I want to
avoid having to rewrite the program AGAIN to add in the new wording for and
updated disclaimer or something in the future. If I need to rewrite, do it
right this time.
I currently use Brad's MAILTOOL to send the emails.
