I don't think you would need to put the URL on the screen - that would be
more of a 'hot spot' thing.

You would need a way of creating the URL and passing it with RUNRMTCMD (or
rexec) to the client, and then the client would take over.

You can use RUNRMTCMD if the PC has an rexec process running. Client Access
has an rexec daemon (pretty much) included with the product.
