JavaScript runs on the client/browser (unless it's node.js) and stored procedures run on the server. You cannot run/invoke stored procedures directly from JavaScript any more than you can call an rpgle program from JavaScript. All you can do is submit an http request from JavaScript or from a web form and have the endpoint run the stored procedure - maybe via a cgi program.
