Re: IBM web service issue

Please ensure that any output fields are initially cleared/initialized. In
addition, when returning arrays, ensure you have a length field associated
with the array so that you can tell IWS how many elements are in the
array.

Description of length fields is in this article[1] under heading "Support
nested output arrays".
