Not arguing a bit.  Where I get into trouble is the sheer volume of stuff out there in the wild.  Some of it is even current, accurate, and understandable.  My failing is that I know just enough to get me into trouble. Frankly, I feel a lot more comfortable taking my advice from the people who hang around here.

Using this particular issue as an example, so far it looks to me like the rest of the world has a very different view of parms and passing data back and forth.  Mixing their definitions with RPG definitions is, I expect, walking into a minefield of troubles.
