I'll take a stab and presume you mean from iACS.

If you enable hotspots then any valid URL displayed becomes clickable.

(Edit ==> Preferences ==> Hotspots. Ensure the "Display URL's as Hotspots" is checked.)

So presuming you cab build the required url in you program and can display it then the user will be able to click on it.

If my stab is totally wrong then we need more information.
