Cookies are in an environment variable named HTTP_COOKIE.

You use your favorite toolkit (like our eRPGSDK or CGIDEV2, both of which
have functions to retrieve cookie data already parsed).

Or, use the QtmhGetEnv API to retrieve it and parse it out.
