If you are talking from the client side and you are using the transport
APIs, then you would use: axiscTransportGetProperty() with
AXISC_PROPERTY_HTTP_HEADER.
If you are talking about the server, HTTP headers are passed as
environment variables or, for REST services, you could inject HTTP headers
into an input parameter via the input source of *HEADER_PARAM.
