That is what I do too.  The first output to the new page is ALWAYS the http header.  Twenty three bytes that looks like this: 'Content-type: text/html' with two crlf's following it.

How do you handle the headers? That's what it seems to be
complaining about.

I personally create a generic header that I output as the start of most
programs. I have had similar problems where that template/file in the IFS
didn't have proper authorities so the headers weren't being written out.

If it's working elsewhere its probably something simple like that.

The customer has security auditing enabled and they are not showing and

That all sounds right. I don't have a cgi setup running right now, so I
can't test. I don't think we ever used AUTL for any of our CGI stuff, but I
can't think of any reason why it wouldn't work. You could try granting
specific user authority to all the profiles and see if that changes it.

3401 is EACCES. That with the CHDIR points to the permissions on the
IEMLIB library. Does the user running the http process have the correct
permissions for that library?

I have an application that is in use at several customer sites with no

problems. One new customer reports that they configure the HTTP server

instance per our instructions and then start it successfully. The test

page comes up fine in the browser, but when they try to exercise the

application, it fails with an "Internal Server Error". There is nothing

showing in the server instance joblogs, but the error log shows the

following errors:

ZSRV_MSG0947: End of script output before headers: File name is
IEFILR.pgm

AH01215: CHDIR TO /QSYS.LIB/IEMLIB.LIB FAILED WITH ERRNO 3401 FOR CGI

/QSYS.LIB/IEMLIB.LIB/IEFILR.PGM: /qsys.lib/iemlib.lib/IEFILR.pgm

Since this is working OK everywhere else, I'm at a loss to explain why

it does not work at this one specific site.

Any suggestions?
