Super easy task. CGIDEV2 or eRPGSDK would be an easy way to do it.

Either way, learning HTML, JS, CSS, etc will be a requirement and also very
beneficial.

All the RPG is doing is sending the data to the page. The rest is just
formatting/beautification. I've been teaching this stuff for over 20 years
now and the only thing that has changed are the tools available on the
display end of things (Js, CSS and HTML).
