IBM is in the process of moving Web Administration GUI to Navigator.

I see the beginnings of that ... but when I try to access a server in
Navigator, I get

Not sure why deploying a web service would be slow. But I can see things
being slow when having dozens of web services deployed ad you try to go
throw the pages in search of a web service. In this case, I would suggest
you use the filter.

We do have a lot of services ... but even the filter takes minutes to
complete.

In meantime, ensure that enough memory is allocated to subsystem.

All our services are running fine and they are in the same subsystem as
the admin instances.

Alternatively, you could use the Qshell scripts.

Yeah, that works for some things, but not for redeploying a service that
needs to be modified (parameters, etc).
