I've seen this message when trying to access my notes email through the web
and when the sender has their outgoing mail encrypted.  I didn't think that
you could get around it.

You cannot access portions of this document because it is encrypted and
was not intended for you, or you do not have the decryption key.
How do I get around it?  They are the intended recipient of the email.
