You did know that you can have your Notes mail in a cloud, too, didn't
you? It's called LotusLive and provides a wealth of options for you.

Browser access, Notes Client access, smartphone, etc. I believe it is a
whopping $5/user/month for 25GB of space, plus BlackBerry support, and
more. I believe that there is a migration path from your iSeries to the
IBM cloud, too.
To further reduce your costs, you can run Lotus Symphony for your office
productivity suite, which is free. Later this year, I believe that IBM
will be putting Symphony in the cloud, so you can share docs without an
on-premises server.
