Just another SWAG here, not knowing what your environment is (ie number of
users, apps running) it looks to me that the *base pool has plenty of RAM
allocated but a very high activity level.
Could the 86% of disk translate into the 741.3 Non-DB fault rate???
Is sametime/http running in *BASE? Would it be possible to end sametime,
adjust that activity level lower (ie 300) and restart?
What is your QPFRADJ value?
