I'm thinking http is hung somehow. tell http quit is not killing it. I
will not ENDJOB http as that will kill the server. People are able to use
the chat function successfully and I won't kill that during work. (See
also the other pmr about sametime taking hours to restart-although I think
we have a workaround for that).

IBM just had me kick up Max Act to 2500
I am not thinking it is a performance issue. May be hard for some to
believe, but IBM does occasionally have 'glitches' and I have a tendency
to do odd things (some really stupid) which pushes the envelope. This
pushing sometimes exposes some glitches. Since IBM is working on this, if
they tell me to use a certain activity level - I am going with that. But
I will listen to you though and appreciate your thoughts.
