My understanding is that you must turn on LR in each module, or
alternatively, callb 'CEETREC' from the entry module, which will destroy
the activation group (somewhere I read that this is like a "big LR").
You could also execute RCLACTGRP *ELIGIBLE from a front-end OPM CL
program.
