Use the RTVQRYF tool. The source can be downloaded from NEWS/400 code (if
you can find it). If you cannot find it I can send it to you as an
attachment to your email address.

This program will return the input and output files that are used in a
query. You could DSPOBJD YOURLIB/*ALL *QRYDFN  to an out file and have this
program process each query definition, outputting the returned variables to
a file which you could query.  A very useful tool.
