Save it as type .PRN.  It gets saved as ASCII text with fixed column widths.
Then it imports real nice to DDS.

I go to Excel, save the file as .PRN, then FTP it from the AS/400.  Then CPYF
it to DDS I've laid out and it's ready to go.
