Yes, we have this scenario working at customer locations. Our FTP Manager 
product can either poll the NT for files to retrieve to the AS/400, or an 
application can use Rexec client to kick of the transfer from the AS/400. 
File compression, encryption, SNMP and email notifications, and lots of
