I agree that the support is excellent. Why does everyone keep saying "I wouldn't run without it". If I never use it -- why should I pay $1500/year for it?! If an emergency comes up, I can still get help from them! Sure, I have to pay (approx) $250/hr if I need help -- but based on my past experience, this is still DRAMATICALLY CHEAPER than $1500/yr.
