RE: VPN server

Have had lots of experience with isdn, mostly bad.  We have found if to
be unreliable and most of the phone companies don't have a clue, the
support is horrible.  The backup network we are looking at using the
Linksys DSL VPN router will be to replace backup ISDN.

iDSL is really ISDN but called iDSL.  It is for folk that are too far
from the phone company CO to get DSL which operates at higher
frequencies and is sensitive to distance from the CO (5 miles).
Normally ISDN is very expensive as it is chargeable by the minute per
call.  iDSL is an always on DSL offering.
