There is no way to access multiple members via a 'SELECT' clause alone.
You'll have to use SQL to define an ALIAS for the member, like:
"CREATE ALIAS MyAlias FOR LIBRARY.TABLENAME(MEMBERNAME);"

And then use MyAlias to access that particular member.

You can pass this SQL via ODBC and CREATE/DROP aliases dynamically, or just
create them on the '400 and use them permanently.

(There's been some discussion of this technique on midrange-l in the past
few weeks actually.)

The DSN is already a system DSN, created dynamically by the program.  Using
SQL in the OpenRecordSet seems to work, as does using the SQL naming
convention and underlines between library and file.  Unfortunately, your
suggestion of "Select * from library.file member" still opens the first
member in the file and Access doesn't appear to recognize multiple members,
either.
