V5R1 CUM Package SF99510 And Client Access Express Service Packs

We received V5R1 CUM Package SF99510 last week and installed it last
weekend. However it appears that Client Access Express
was not updated? We were and still are at SI01907. What gives? I thought the
latest CAE SP would be included in the CUM Package?
