Chances are, your configuration for Netserver doesn't match your "Windows
Domain" name. However, you might just simply try to create the link
manually in the QNTC file system, and see if you can access your share
directly.

MD DIR('/qntc/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx')

then

EDTF '/qntc/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx'

to see the shares.

Subject: QNTC

I'm trying to access an external server via the QNTC directory in the IFS...

Using WRKLNK all I see is this:

Opt Object link Type
      . DDIR
      .. DDIR

The Netserver server is started and I'm able to access directories on my
AS/400 from my PC.

Could anyone suggest some possible trouble shooting steps for me to try?

Kenneth
